Stacy is the product visionary at Willow & Mar. She works with highly skilled chemists and labs to formulate cutting-edge skin care. With an extensive background in esthetics and ingredient function, Stacy is responsible for maintaining high-quality product standards. She has spent many years working in biotechnology, medicinal chemistry, esthetics, and her own spas, and has extensive knowledge in medical-grade skin care. Stacy has a degree in Biotechnology, worked as a laboratory associate in a medicinal chemistry lab performing benchtop chemistry, continues education in cosmetic chemistry and is a licensed Esthetician and Permanent Makeup Technician. Her daughter Aeris is her inspiration who came up with the name Willow & Mar and continues to illustrate books and create children's content on YouTube under Aeris Ashy.
